This site is operated and maintained by Herb Lin and Bert Singer.  Herb was a doctoral student of Phil's at MIT, and graduated in 1979.  Bert is Phil's son.  Together, Bert and Angela Kimberk (Bert's wife) have final say on the content of this site.
